An apple is full of nutrients and enzymes that are so important for good health. As well as 4 grams of fiber and we all need more of that in our diets...don't we. I remember one time I felt like I was starting to come down with a cold, so I started eating apples every day...Well, guess what? That cold could not really get a hold of me and passed in about 3 days. Right now the people at work are sick and have a nasty cold. The Water Cure

Hello Everyone, Long time no talk...I've been really busy with so much going on in my life. The launch of my new home business. So anyhow, I came across this and wanted to share it with you. Water is so important and most of us aren't getting enough. Then there is the other issue of pure, clean water. Just today, I asked my son to make the coffee with the purified water instead of tap. I drink purified water from the water store all the time and cannot stand the taste of tap water...so when I make coffee, I think, oh it's flavored water it won't make a difference....but oh my gosh, it made such a difference...there is no going back. It's been a long time....Apple a day UPDATE.

Hi Kristy here... Hope you are doing well. My bad....I need to really be updating my blog more often... So to follow up on the Apple a day...I've eaten one apple I'd say 75% to 80% of the time since the last time we talked...two months and didn't get sick.. and was ready to post and then....(let me remind you that everyone has been getting sick around me and even the RSV virus going around).... I got all achey that lasted overnight.. then the next day a little achey.... then a little stuffy nose and a small cough, rested on Saturday...I worked all week and felt 90% well...so bottom line is the germ could not get a hold of me...it just flushed on out during the week...An apple a day really does work...something might try to get a hold of you... but it will only try cause there is something special about that apple that will protect your cells....Let me ask you a question?
